Your responsibilities: 
 

• Management and further development of the IT infrastructure and IT security area – in collaboration with our internal development team and in exchange with the parent company HOHR.
• Management of the teams in the areas of infrastructure & IT security and helpdesk.
• Transformation from an on-premises to a cloud-native environment to support future big data solutions.
• Responsibility for the smooth operation of  internal network and IT telecommunications systems,  especially MS Teams telephony.
• Planning and commissioning of the  IT infrastructure of new SOLCOM branches and support of the specialist department in questions relating to the IT infrastructure.
• Responsibility for the installation, configuration and administration  of our cloud environment,  based on Microsoft Azure, as well as the server and client systems.
• Continuous development of the environment within the framework of internal IT projects, such as SharePoint and ServiceNow.
• Development and implementation of  IT guidelines (ISO27001) and common security standards.
