NOWJOBS is Europe’s leading recruitment platform of the future. We digitally create flexible vacancies and automate all related processes. Currently active in three countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and France) and starting up in Germany, we continue to grow at a high pace.


Five years ago, we started out with four pioneers. Our current headcount: 70 happy Nowjobbers, 10.000 customers and 300.000 gig workers. What a ride — but we want more. Our goal?

Further international growth in 2022 and more than 100 Nowjobbers by the end of the year.

Your to do list


  • Enable our Nowjobbers to shine. We have lots of high potential working at NOWJOBS, ready to be stretched and trained.
  • Build and drive our people strategy and shape our organizational structure as we continue to scale and grow.
  • Develop and improve a people strategy that fosters engagement, performance, well-being and retention across the countries we’re active in, whilst aligning with our ambitions.
  • Hire international new talents, protect the NOWJOBS DNA and coordinate recruiters or external agencies to support our Country Managers.
  • Implement an international onboarding plan so our new Nowjobbers are as productive as possible, as soon as possible. You’ll also provide the necessary brain food for them to understand our product and the workings of the NOWJOBS team.
  • Create personal development programs for the existing Nowjobbers, map their talents and monitor their happiness.
  • Develop a transparent international compensation and benefits package.
  • Work together with every country’s HR support offices. Sometimes it will be the HR department of House of HR, sometimes an external agency supporting us.
  • Report to Eline David, Country Manager Belgium and International Sales/Marketing Director.


  • … have more than seven years’ experience in an HR/training role in a fast-growing business.
  • … speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French too? All the better.
  • … are very interested in technology and people data.

Recruitment process

First, we’ll invite you for a phone screen interview. After that, you’ll be invited for an assessment. And finally, you’ll get to meet the team.
