For this reason, House of HR consists of a powerful Board of Directors with professional controlling committees and a highly successful leadership team. In everything we do, both on Group, PowerHouse and Boutique and even branch level, we comply with the highest international standards when it comes to behavior, ethics and integrity, data policy, risk management, environmental and social responsibility, as well as the wellbeing of all our happy rebels.

On top of our internal structure, House of HR is internationally networking through its membership of industry and sector organizations. Amongst them Federgon (Belgium), the World Employment Confederation (WEC), VvDN, SNA and ABU (The Netherlands), IGZ and BAP (Germany).
